Earth's Dragon Balls

  • Earth's Dragon Balls grant the user 1 wish. They are the weakest of the known Dragon Balls, but are generally unknown to the people of Earth and are usually unguarded.
    • Instantly gain 5% of your current EXP/PL.
    • Resurrect a single person or a group of people. A person can only be resurrected once by the Earth Dragon Balls.
    • Increase an item's Rank by 1 point. This wish can only be used once per item with the Earth Dragon Balls.
    • Instantly gain 10,000 Zeni (money).
    • Instantly learn 1 Basic power. This wish can only be used once per character with the Earth Dragon Balls.
    • Instantly teleport to any location in the Living Universe.

Drackonis' Dragon Balls

  • The Drackonis Dragon Balls grant the user 2 wishes and are guarded by the strongest Generals and the Prime Minister.
  • The following wishes consume 1 wish.
    • Instantly gain 3% of your current EXP/PL.
    • Resurrect a single person or group of people. A person can only be resurrected once by the Drackonis Dragon Balls.
    • Instantly gain 6,000 Zeni (money).
    • Instantly learn 1 Basic power. This wish can only be used once per character with the Drackonis Dragon Balls.
    • Instantly teleport to any location in the Living Universe.
  • The following wishes consume both wishes.
    • Increase an item's Rank by 1 point. This wish can only be used once per item with the Drackonis Dragon Balls.
    • Instantly learn 1 Intermediate power. This wish can only be used once per character with any set of Dragon Balls.

New Namek's Dragon Balls

  • Namek's Dragon Balls grant the user 3 wishes. They are the strongest of the known Dragon Balls and are guarded by the seven oldest village chieftains and their Guardians. Using the Namek Dragon Balls requires the wisher to speak in Namek.
  • The following wishes consume 1 wish.
    • Instantly gain 2% of your current EXP/PL.
    • Resurrect a single person. A person can be resurrect any number of times with the Namek Dragon Balls. Note that they cannot resurrect more than one person at a time.
    • Instantly gain 4,000 Zeni (money).
    • Instantly learn 1 Basic power. This wish can only be used once per character with the Namek Dragon Balls.
    • Instantly teleport to any location in the Living Universe.
  • The following wishes consume 2 wishes.
    • Increase an item's Rank by 1 point. This wish can only be used once per item with the Namek Dragon Balls.
    • Instantly learn 1 Intermediate power. This wish can only be used once per character with any set of Dragon Balls.
  • The following wishes consume all 3 wishes.
    • Instantly learn 1 Advanced power. This wish can only be used once per character with any set of Dragon Balls.
