Basic Overview
A Demon in the Dragon Ball universe is basically any character that doesn't fit into one of the other six Species. Generally speaking, Demons are evil creatures who enjoy using their power to torment, torture and/or kill those who are weaker than themselves. A character of this Species is usually large and bulky, with grey, green, blue, yellow, or red skin. They almost always have large, pointed ears and occasionally have devil-like horns and/or fangs. Demons are especially dangerous in the Next Dimension, but are still formidable in the Living Dimension. A vast majority of Demons take up residence in Hell, but a few (mostly Ogres such as King Yemma) play large roles in the daily workings of Heaven or the maintenance of Snake Way.
Level-Up Bonuses
Summon Weapon: Nearly every Demon in the Dragon Ball universe uses a weapon of some sort. As a result, all Demon characters begin play with the Summon Weapon ability. This allows a Demon to bind any one weapon to himself, which the character can instantly summon into his hand at any time from anywhere in any universe by spending 1 Power Point. Only one weapon can be bound the the character, but they can change which one is bound by spending 1 Power Point. A weapon that is to be bound must be in the character's possession at the time of binding.
Hellish Regeneration: At level 4, a Demon gains an enhanced form of cellular regeneration. Instead of the normal Health regeneration rate of Endurance per day, a Demon regenerates Health at a rate of Endurance per hour. Additionally, while in the Next Dimension, a Demon may regrow any lost body part other than his head. Doing so requires a large amount of concentration, so is best done after battle or during a respite.
Native of Hell: At level 7, a Demon gains a passive power-up that is always in affect. While the Demon is in the Next Dimension, his Strength and Endurance are raised by 1. This ability has no affect in the Living Dimension, but otherwise cannot be deactivated.
Majin Upgrade: At level 11, a Demon gains access to a temporary power-up that raises his Perception and Ki Control by 2 and his Strength and Endurance by 1. As long as the Demon character has even a shred of evil in his heart, he may access this power-up at will for short periods of time. However, a Demon character that has somehow managed to remain pure of heart instead gains access to the Native of Hell trait while in the Living Dimension. Should the "good" Demon ever perform an evil task, he or she loses this upgraded Native of Hell trait and can only access the Majin Upgrade.
Supreme Health Boost: At level 15, a Demon gains a supreme boost to their Health. Instead of the normal END x2 boost to Health, a Demon uses END x5. This boost is always in effect and can never be canceled.
